STAMPS Sample Clauses
STAMPS. 3.1 Stamps are awarded exclusively by you to a Customer. We are only the technical provider of the Stampcard Program.
3.2 Customers with a valid email address will automatically receive 1 Stamp for an Order placed at your Restaurant. Customers can receive a maximum of 1 Stamp per day.
3.3 Within 48 hours of placing an Order with your Restaurant, a Customer that is signed up for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ newsletter will automatically receive an email with an up-to-date overview of Stampcard of that Restaurant and a link to the total overview of Stampcards.
3.4 A Stampcard is full and complete after having collected five Stamps from the same Restaurant. A Stampcard Voucher will be emailed to the Customer within 48 hours after the Stampcard is full.
3.5 Stamps expire 12 months following the date the Stamps have been awarded to the Customer.
3.6 Stamps are not transferable between Restaurants, Customers, email addresses, Stampcards or otherwise.
3.7 We will correct Stamps that were awarded while the Order and/ or payment thereof was cancelled. However, if such Stamp completed a Stampcard and resulted in the generation of a Stampcard Voucher, the Stamp is considered valid and the Stampcard Voucher will be redeemable.

STAMPS. Acceptance Authority Media (stamps) on Supplier-submitted documentation are acceptable when the Supplier has a procedure / process to control the use of Acceptance Authority Media (stamps). Supplier shall maintain validated stamp samples for each associate. Stamps must only be utilized by the associate to which it is assigned.
STAMPS. Employees who are required to use stamps will be allocated up to six (6) stamps per calendar year. Stamps will be allocated as needed.

STAMPS. Stamps used by the Contractor on the submittal data to certify that the submittal meets contract requirements shall include the following information at a minimum:
8.7.1 Company name, and
8.7.2 Indication that the submittal is approved without correction or approved with corrections as noted on submittal data or attached sheets, and
8.7.3 Title, signature and date of signature of company's certifying official.
STAMPS including but not limited to the official stamp, contract stamp, financial stamp, signature stamp of the legal representative, and other stamps.
STAMPS. The Company entered into an employment agreement with ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on June 1, 1999, which was amended on December 31, 2002, December 29, 2008, April 11, 2009 and December 7, 2010. The agreement provides that it will be automatically extended for successive one-year terms unless either party provides prior written notice of non-renewal. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’ agreement provides that his base salary may be adjusted at the Company’s discretion and may be reviewed every 14 months. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to participate in incentive compensation and bonus programs generally available to executives of the Company. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’ minimum annual target bonus opportunity is 100% of his base salary. He is entitled to participate in benefit programs, receive fringe benefits generally available to executives of the Company and receive contributions from the Company under the Rabbi Trust Deferred Compensation Plan. Upon termination of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ by the Company without “cause,” ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to severance equal to his continued base salary until the end of the term of his employment agreement (but in no event less than a period of 18 months), full vesting of contributions received from the Company under the Rabbi Trust Deferred Compensation Plan and full vesting of unvested equity awards. “
