Spraying. (i) Employees employed as Asphalt or Chemical Sprayer Operators, Sandblaster Operator and Spray Painter Operator who are actually controlling the spray, shall receive premium pay of sixty cents (60c/ ) per hour while so employed.
Spraying. No spraying shall be permitted, except with written permit from the business agent. The use of the pressure roller or stilts will not be permitted on any type of job in the jurisdiction of Local Union #476.
Spraying. There shall be no use of insecticides, fungicides or rodenticides on the Protected Property. Herbicides may be used for the control of state-designated noxious weeds and/or for the control of other invasive woody plant species, but their use will be designed to minimize the impact on the plant diversity of native species. Herbicides shall be used only in those amounts and with a frequency of application that constitute the minimum necessary for control and shall be used in compliance with all governmental regulations. Aerial spraying or general broadcast spraying of herbicides shall not be permitted on the Protected Property.
Spraying. The City agrees to continue the current practice now in place for spraying in the departments currently doing so. The City will first seek volunteers from these departments for persons to hold a spray license, and the City will continue its practice of providing the reasonable time required to obtain such license. If no person(s) volunteer, then the City shall have the right to appoint two (2) employees on a rotational basis from within the department. If the City requests any spraying done during overtime hours it will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
Spraying. There shall be no use of pesticides on the Wetlands, except as for the control of state-designated noxious weeds, other invasive plant species and pests. The use of pesticides shall be managed to: (i) minimize the impact on water quality and the plant diversity of native species; (ii) limit use to those amounts and frequency of application that constitute the minimum necessary for control of the targeted pest; and (iii) comply with all product labels, governmental regulations, and applicable law.

Spraying. There shall be no use of pesticides (e.g., herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides) on the Protected Property except as allowed in Section 4.13. Aerial spraying of pesticides shall not be permitted on the Protected Property.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Water Provide hot water for lavatory purposes and cold water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes.

  • Trees City will provide maintenance to all trees on Premises, including hazardous tree removal, broken limb removal and corrective pruning. No tree shall be planted or removed without prior approval from the Parks Division.
