Spending Limit Clause Samples
A Spending Limit clause sets a maximum amount that can be spent under a contract or agreement. It typically specifies a dollar cap on expenditures, either for the entire contract term or for specific categories of costs, and may require prior approval for any spending above this threshold. This clause helps control costs and prevents unauthorized or excessive spending, ensuring that both parties have clear expectations regarding financial commitments.
