If you encounter building materials that need to be removed prior to performing your work, please contact Workforce Health and Safety at 000 000- 0000 to have Health &Safety Specialist obtain samples of the materials and have them analyzed properly.
Special Notice. To preclude any possible errors and/or misinterpretations, bid prices must be affixed legibly in ink or typewritten. Corrections or changes must be signed or initialed by Bidder prior to the scheduled bid opening; failure to do so will be just cause for rejection of bid. Notice is hereby given to Borrower that, if Borrower fails to renew or keep in effect adequate flood insurance on the Site during the time that the NFIP mandates flood insurance coverage, federal law requires Lender to purchase the flood insurance for the Site and authorizes Lender to charge Borrower the cost of premiums and fees incurred in purchasing the insurance. Any flood insurance that Lender purchases may not fully protect Borrower’s interest and equity in the Site and will be substantially more expensive than the insurance Borrower may obtain.

To provide a safe living environment and thus, to protect all residents against the possible spread of coronavirus (or any other epidemic or pandemic disease), and to adhere to the UK Government’s advice on maintaining social distancing and all other advice and measures in connection with containing the disease and reducing the spread of the disease, until, the Licensor otherwise confirms in writing, no Resident will be permitted to have a guest stay with them in the Accommodation. The Licensor will keep this measure under review and if and when there can be a relaxation of this condition; Residents of the Accommodation will be informed.
