Software Revisions. At times, PFPC will provide software updates to components (third party or PFPC software) to either enhance the product or address quality deficiencies. PFPC is responsible for notifying the GE Fund Products of these updates, and what changes have been made. The GE Fund Products are responsible for installing the updates and modifying any code which they have customized to accommodate these enhancements. Assistance can be provided by PFPC at stated billable rates.
Software Revisions. In the event SKYSTREAM, at its sole discretion, provides Reseller with revised copies of the Software, Reseller shall, according to SKYSTREAM's instructions, replace copies of the Software from the Products with the revised Software. Reseller shall dispose of the replaced Software in accordance with SKYSTREAM's instructions. SKYSTREAM shall have the right to inspect Reseller's inventory of Software and replaced Software at any time on reasonable notice.
Software Revisions. The Software may be revised by AssetWorks as a result of the correction of Deviations and/or the release of upgrades or improvements or modifications designed to improve the performance of the Software and/or to increase the capabilities of the Software (hereafter "Revisions").
Software Revisions. ABB continuously improve the Product with corrections and new features. These improvements are made available to the Subscriber in the form of new revisions published on the ABB web site for Robotics Software Products.. The Activation Key delivered in connection with the subscription purchase enables use of all revisions of the Product released during the Subscription period. The Subscriber is informed about new available Revisions via the Product. The content of a Revision is decided upon by ABB in its sole discretion. Documentation describing changes from the previous version is provided with each revision.
Software Revisions. Affymetrix will provide or install, at Affymetrix' discretion, further releases or upgrades relating to the software used to control the Instrument. Any such releases or upgrades, when delivered, shall become part of the Applications and shall be maintained in accordance with the Instrument Support Agreement.
Software Revisions. If during the contract period the manufacturer modifies the programming software then the vendor must inform State Purchasing immediately. The new software will be delivered with each new procurement order and include change notices for all applicable manuals at no cost to the Purchaser.
