Any Deliverable shall operate compatibly with major commercially available virus protection programs that District may use. Further, no Software Limitation shall be triggered by: (i) any Deliverable being used or copied a certain number of times, or after the lapse of a certain period of time; (ii) any Deliverable being installed on or moved to a central processing unit or system that has a serial number, model number, or other identification different from the central processing unit or system on which such Deliverable or licensed software originally was installed; or (iii) the occurrence or lapse of any similar triggering factor or event.

Software Limitations. 1.1 NCR reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Except as otherwise agreed to by NCR, no express or implied license or right of any kind is granted to Customer regarding the NCR Software or Documentation, including, but not limited to, any right to know, use, produce, receive, reproduce, copy, market, sell, distribute, transfer, translate, modify, or adapt the NCR Software or Documentation or create derivative works based on the NCR Software or Documentation or any portions thereof, or obtain possession of any source code or other technical material relating to the NCR Software. The NCR Software may not be used for commercial timesharing, service, business or other rental or sharing arrangements. Further, Customer shall not decompile, reverse assemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the NCR Software.

The Company may require, as a condition to Your continued access to company's services, Your acceptance of Software improvements, corrections, adaptations, conversions to more recent Software versions or any other changes to the Software.
