Software Delivery. After the Customer has paid (i) the one-time license fee in the case of the Perpetual Model (as described in the sec. 3.3 hereof), or (ii) the license fee for the first Subscription Period, in the case of the Subscription Model (as described in the sec. 3.3 hereof), the Provider shall provide to the Customer a license serial number. The Software is deemed to be delivered upon provision of the license serial number (the date of the provision of the license serial number hereinafter as the “Delivery Date”). Upon receipt of the license serial number, the Customer is entitled to generate the Software license key, by registering the license serial number through Provider’s client portal, and to download copies of the Software from Provider’s server.
Software Delivery. Without limiting the warranties in Section 6.1 below, the Software will be deemed delivered the day the License Key is provided to Customer. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing, Customer is responsible for installing the Software and License Keys in accordance with the Documentation.

Software Delivery. Upon receipt by On2 of the first portion of the License Fee set forth in Section 4.1, On2 shall provide E-world one (1) copy in CDROM form of the Software (i.e. the Source Code and object code for Encoders and Decoders) within ten (10) days of the receipt date.
Software Delivery. Without limiting the warranties in Section 7.1 below, the Software shall be deemed delivered when a license key which unlocks the Software is provided to Customer or LogRhythm has enabled Customer to electronically download the Software. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing, Customer is responsible for installing the Software and license keys in accordance with the Documentation.
Software Delivery. We will deliver to You, after execution and receipt by Us of the applicable Order Form, access to a machine-readable copy of the Software listed in the Order Form, and the relevant license keys as applicable. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries and to make the Software and Documentation available in electronic format. If You require physical delivery, shipment of Software is F.O.B Origin and includes one production copy. Delivery dates are good faith estimates.
Software Delivery. Unless otherwise stated in the Quote, the Software will be delivered by emailing of the license key which authorizes the use of the downloadable Software to the Customer or by installation by Exasol on Customer’s system in case installation service (Cluster Set-up) was agreed upon in the Quote. Except as provided in Section 4.6, Software will be made available in executable object code form only.
Software Delivery. The Product and any associated materials are provided in electronic format only. You are responsible for downloading the Product from the EaseFilter website: xxxx://xxx.XxxxXxxxxx.xxx. Upon purchase EaseFilter shall deliver to you a license key which will enable the Product to function in the purchased license capacity.
Software Delivery. VMware shall deliver the Software to Customer by, at VMware’s discretion, either: (a) making the Software available for download and emailing the corresponding license key(s); (b) making the Software available for download in a fashion that does not require a license key; or (c) shipping the Software on physical media and emailing the corresponding license key(s). All Software shall be deemed delivered and accepted upon VMware (i) making the Software available for download without the requirement of a license key or (ii) emailing the corresponding license key(s) to Customer. If the Software will be delivered on physical media, shipping and delivery terms are Ex Works VMware's regional fulfillment facility (INCOTERMS 2010).
Software Delivery. 7.1 Supplier shall deliver the Software complete and in accordance with SWCO's instructions, if any, with transportation charges paid by Supplier. Supplier shall deliver the Software in sufficient time to meet the required delivery date. SWCO may delay the delivery of the Software by giving the Supplier notice prior to shipment. SWCO shall arrange and pay for transportation for Software required to be returned to Supplier under this Agreement.
