Site Use. Shopgate, Inc. grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use this site only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Use of this site is strictly prohibited for republication, distribution, assignment, sub-license, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other unauthorized use. You agree not to copy materials on the site, reverse engineer or break into the site, or use materials, products or services in violation of this Agreement or any law. You further represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the information you provide to the Site, including without limitation financial information, and agree that you shall not use false contact or financial information, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties. The use of this website is at the discretion of Shopgate, Inc., which may terminate your use of this website at any time, at its sole discretion. Site Use. You agree not to break into the site, cause disruption to the site, or reverse engineer the site. You must not use the site in ways that are unlawful or harmful. You must not use this website to host, transmit, or otherwise distribute any material associated with malicious computer software. Site Use. The camper(s) agree to use the premises for camping only.
Site Use. For each On-Demand Solution Package that registered user registers to, operated by Swissmeda, Business Partner grants registered user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the associated Site. A registered user needs to be a specific person. A registered user is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement (including Usage Limits stated in the Order Form) and payment of all fees when due to as outlined in the commercial agreement. One registered User account should not be shared or used by more than one user. Registered user shall be solely responsible for connection its computers to a telecommunications service that provides Internet access in a secure manner. All rights not expressly granted to registered users are reserved by Swissmeda.
Site Use.  This is a non-smoking facility. You may smoke outside of the buildings, 7.5m away from all entries, air intakes, and windows. Please be mindful of other AMLRS users.  All outdoor fires must be located within the designated fire facility, and must be used in accordance with restrictions specified by the county and/or Province  If you wish to have a fire, you may use any prepared wood that is on site. Additional firewood must be sourced from outside the Park, as you may not gather wood from Park property.  No pets are permitted in or on the AMLRS facilities and surrounding property.  No servicing or washing of equipment is permitted within the Provincial Park.  All garbage and recycling facilities located outside the building must be wildlife-proof and kept free of loose litter.  The Station is located within a Dark Sky Preserve. In compliance with this designation, efforts should be made to limit use of externally reaching artificial light between dusk and xxxx.  You will be held accountable for significant damage incurred to the research station, including property, facilities, and equipment. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repair/replacement. Please care for the space and report damage immediately to the Station Manager.
Site Use. The Contractor shall occupy and use the Site solely for the purpose of performing the Work in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. On request of the Contractor, the Owner shall make the Site available to the Contractor to accept and store any materials required for the Work at no charge to the Contractor, provided that the Contractor continues to remain responsible and liable for the proper handling, storage and security of such materials on the Site until such time as the materials are incorporated into the Work.

Site Use. We release the Swatara Watershed Association, owners, board, agents, and members of any and all liability due to camping. The Swatara rises and falls quickly. In the event of high water, Campers are responsible to move their own trailer/camper to higher ground at a place designated by site manager. No discarding or planting of non-native plant species.

Site Use. Owner hereby grants to Contractor a license to exercise Owner’s right to enter upon and use the Sites and the Premises, subject to the limitations and regulations of the Local Units, for the purposes of carrying out its obligations under this Agreement. Contractor shall coordinate with each Local Unit and the Authority Construction Monitor to determine use of areas for ingress into, on, and egress from the Sites, storage of materials, tools, and equipment, and other purposes. Subject to Section 4.2, Contractor shall confine its operations at the Sites to areas permitted by the Applicable Local Units, and shall not unreasonably interfere with Applicable Local Units on their Sites. No other activities beyond the scope of the Work activities for the SGF shall be undertaken on the Site for that SGF by Contractor or any Subcontractor, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Owner. Contractor at all times shall keep the Sites free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by its or its Subcontractors’ operations. The Sites shall at all times be maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly condition and Contractor shall leave them in "broom clean" condition at the end of each workday. Contractor shall perform the Work in a manner that does not cause any unreasonable increase in soil erosion on the Sites. Contractor shall provide trash collection facilities and disposal services with respect to the Work. Public roads and internal access roads on or around the Sites shall be kept free from Contractor’s and its Subcontractors’ rubbish and shall be promptly and routinely cleaned of such rubbish. Upon completion of the Work (and as a condition for Final Completion, or earlier to the extent required for the safe, efficient and continuous operation of the SGF and not required for the performance of Punch List Work) Contractor shall, or shall require its Subcontractors to, satisfactorily dispose of all temporary buildings, rubbish, unused and unneeded materials and all other items not constituting a part of the SGFs belonging to them or used in the performance of the Work, and shall leave the Work areas and the Sites in a neat, clean and safe condition, as good as they were prior to the beginning of construction.
