Short Leave Sample Clauses

The SHORT LEAVE clause defines the conditions under which an employee may take brief periods of leave from work, typically for personal matters that require only a short absence. This clause usually specifies the maximum duration allowed for each short leave, the number of such leaves permitted within a certain timeframe, and any approval process required, such as notifying a supervisor or recording the leave. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for employees to manage minor personal obligations without disrupting overall workplace productivity or requiring the use of full or half-day leave entitlements.
