Sharing Information with Third Parties. Givex and/or Processor may provide to each other, competent authorities, applicable acquiring and issuing banks, and Payment Card Networks, information related to Transactions conducted through the use of the GivexPay Services and Processing Services, information regarding the Merchant Account, the Merchant Information, or any other information and documentation Merchant provided during Registration or otherwise, and any other information held by Givex and/or Processor. 5.5.1 Merchant hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that Givex may share information provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and provide instructions on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s behalf as may be received from Merchant from time to time or as otherwise provided herein, to third-parties (such as Processor and/or any affiliates, the acquiring bank, and the Payment Card Networks) in connection with the operation or management of GivexPay Services and Processing Services. Merchant hereby further authorizes Givex to review any information related to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Transactions made through the Givex Platform with any payment provider(s).

Non- affiliated companies that assist us in providing services to you are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information to the extent they receive it and to use your personal information only in the course of providing such services and only for the purposes that we dictate. We want you to know that we will not sell your personal information Regulatory Disclosure: Under limited circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties as permitted by, or required to comply with, Applicable Laws, Rules and/or Regulations in the jurisdiction of which you are a citizen or a permanent resident, or, in the case of a Legal Entity is formed, incorporated, domiciliation and/or doing business, and/or of the jurisdiction in which we are organized and/or is performing the Services provided hereunder. Sharing Information with Third Parties. The recipient agency is prohibited from sharing any data or information received from the source agency. If such a requirement or need is foreseen or arises, a written, signed and dated agreement must be in place with the third party vendor prior to any data transfer being made. The provisions of this agreement apply equally to any third party or vendor that the recipient agency allows to use data and information available under this agreement. The recipient agency shall provide prior notice to the source agency of intended contractual relationships with third parties or vendors who may have access to data and information under this agreement. The source agency reserves the right to approve the contents of such third party or vendor agreements. The recipient agency is accountable for any violations of this information sharing agreement committed by the vendor or third party. The recipient agency shall ensure that the third party or vendor instructs all employees/providers with access to the information regarding the terms of the information sharing agreement and the confidential nature of FCDP applicants and participants and Child Support.

QCC may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries.
