Services Outside Scope. Any services provided outside the scope set forth above shall be identified in a mutually agreeable Professional Services Agreement, subject to CMC's requirements, including, without limitation, any pricing, payment, and technical requirements. Services Outside Scope. If Xx. Xxxxxx is requested to perform services that he feels are outside of his Scope of Services (see Exhibit A to this Agreement), Xx. Xxxxxx may submit a written request (in advance of performing the work) to the Center’s Chief Executive Director and Sacramento County Fire Chiefs Association asking for a review of the requested service and whether additional compensation is warranted.
Services Outside Scope. The exclusions set forth in Section 6(d) shall apply to Stryker’s obligations under this Section 3. Services provided by Stryker that are not within Stryker’s obligations under this Agreement shall be billed at Stryker’s then-current time-and-material charges, including out-of- pocket expenses.
