SERVICES BY COUNTY. 11 1. AGENCY occasionally has a need for law enforcement patrol services to 12 supplement those provided by AGENCY. As requested by AGENCY from 13 time to time, at the discretion of SHERIFF, COUNTY shall render to 14 AGENCY selected services as hereinafter provided to the extent said 15 services can reasonably be performed. SHERIFF will provide enhanced 16 patrol, security, or other law enforcement services using specialized 17 resources, including, but not limited to, the Mounted Enforcement Unit on 18 property owned by the AGENCY and as identified as “Patrolled as 19 Requested” in Attachment A, which is incorporated herein by this reference 20 and which may be amended from time to time. In the event the AGENCY 21 requests an amendment to the list of areas to be “Patrolled as Requested”, 22 AGENCY’s CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, hereinafter referred to as 23 “EXECUTIVE OFFICER”, or designee, on behalf of AGENCY and 24 SHERIFF, or her designee, on behalf of COUNTY, are authorized to 25 execute amendments to add new locations to Attachment A, as long as said 26 amendments to Attachment A do not materially change any other provision 27 of this Agreement. 28 //
SERVICES BY COUNTY. The COUNTY will provide dispatch and communications services for TRIBE as described below. The cost of services is outlined in Exhibit "DA-2", except as those costs outlined below under paragraph V B.
SERVICES BY COUNTY. The right of way services to be rendered by County to BAIFA include, but are not necessarily limited to; appraisal, appraisal review, negotiations, document preparation, acquisition, Caltrans right of way certification, and/ or supervision of independent contractors providing such services. The right• of- way services that County will provide to BAIFA are more particularly described in the "I-880 Express Lanes Project Right of Way Services" document (Scope of Services) attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein by reference. The County will perform only those services authorized by BAIFA in advance under a Task Order in the form attached herein as Appendix B and according to the process established in Appendix B-1, Task Order Process, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The County warrants that it will perform these services in compliance with accepted professional standards and procedures, and that it will, at its cost, re-perform any tasks that fail to meet generally accepted professional standards.
SERVICES BY COUNTY. County will provide Agency the following services, in connection with the acquisition of right of way, as depicted in the attached Appendix “A”, as directed by Agency: appraisal and appraisal review; negotiations; land rights documents preparation; right of way acquisition; relocation; and/or supervision of independent contractors providing such services; condemnation support; and related work as required (all of which constitute “Services”). The County warrants that it will perform these Services in accordance with accepted professional standards and procedures. (County reserves the right to decline to provide services requested by the Agency on a project by project basis.)

County shall clear the brush along the southern fence line of the pasture to allow for access and safety. County shall mow the northeast pasture near XX xxxxx ofMcCarran Blvd and Virginia St. prior to the event to allow for parking by the Promoter.

SERVICES BY COUNTY. County will provide CCTA the following services, as directed by CCTA, to acquire property interests required for the Project: appraisal and appraisal review; negotiations, land rights document preparation; right of way acquisition; right of way project management; title and escrow support; right of way certification and/or supervision of independent contractors providing such services, all as more particularly described in the “I-680 Express Lanes Project Scope of Services” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (all of which constitute “Services”). The County warrants that it will perform these Services in accordance with accepted professional standards and procedures.
SERVICES BY COUNTY. If at any time during the Term, a County Representative, as defined in the Work Letter, determines that the Premises are in need of maintenance, construction, remodeling or similar service that is beyond Lessor’s responsibilities under this lease, following receipt of a written request from the County Representative, Lessor shall perform such service at an agreed-upon cost to the County. In performing the service, Lessor shall consult with the County Representative and use either licensed insured contractors or employees of Lessor. Lessor shall obtain the County Representative’s prior written approval of the scope, terms, and cost of any contracts. The County Representative may, by giving Lessor thirty (30) days prior written notice, change the level of service, terminate any or all service, or require that a service be performed by a different contractor.
SERVICES BY COUNTY. County shall provide the City with a work crew to perform the services described in the scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit A (“Services”). The City shall identify the priority, locations, and expectations and desired times for performance of the Services. County shall timely respond to a request for Services. County may refuse to provide Services it deems dangerous or outside the capabilities of the work crew.
