Security Certification. To evaluate and help ensure the continued effectiveness of the Security Measures, Google will maintain the ISO 27001 Certification.
Security Certification. To evaluate and help ensure the continued effectiveness of the Security Measures, Diennea may, at its sole discretion, supplement the Security Measures and Security Documentation by implementing certifications (e.g., ISO27001), codes of conduct and/or certification mechanisms.

Security Certification. CONTRACTOR will at all times use the industry standards and best efforts to protect all information related to this Agreement. In the event of a data or other security breach, CONTRACTOR will make every effort to stop the breach and recover all lost information, at its sole cost. In the event of a data or other security breach, CONTRACTOR will immediately notify the other Party of the nature and scope of the breach and will keep the other Party notified of all security and recovery efforts to cure the breach. In addition, the Parties agree to follow and require all other persons and entities who have access to information under this Agreement, including any subcontractors, to follow these security procedures.
Security Certification. Manager must maintain a level of security certification or assessment consistent with industry standards and by a qualified third party reasonably acceptable to Walmart. Manager shall provide Walmart such certifications upon request by Walmart.
Security Certification. At Digi-Key’s request, Supplier shall maintain a level of security certification or assessment consistent with best practices and conducted by a qualified third party reasonably acceptable to Digi-Key.
Security Certification. End User agrees that any Technical Provider used thereby shall be required to comply with all requirements set forth in the Reseller Security Certification Policy (Attachment 2 to Experian’s General Reseller Policy and Procedures).

All civilian personnel referred to in Article 13 above as well as contractor employees, technical experts, specialists, and consultants referred to in Article 14 above, shall, regardless of their nationality, possess a security clearance in accordance with NATO regulations and policies. Contractor shall obtain and maintain ISO 27001 and/or 27002 certification and appropriate SOC 2 Type 2 audits during the term of this Agreement Upon request by city, Contractor shall also provide City annually a copy of its most recent/up-to date ISO certifications and SOC-2 statement. City will utilize a commercially available security scoring solution to regularly evaluate the externally accessible security posture of the Contractor. If the security evaluation solution identifies Contractor’s security has reduced to an unacceptable level, then City will notify Contractor immediately. Contractor will have 30 days to review and resolve the security issue, or identify compensating controls that have been implemented.
