Security Certification. CONTRACTOR will at all times use the industry standards and best efforts to protect all information related to this Agreement. In the event of a data or other security breach, CONTRACTOR will make every effort to stop the breach and recover all lost information, at its sole cost. In the event of a data or other security breach, CONTRACTOR will immediately notify the other Party of the nature and scope of the breach and will keep the other Party notified of all security and recovery efforts to cure the breach. In addition, the Parties agree to follow and require all other persons and entities who have access to information under this Agreement, including any subcontractors, to follow these security procedures.
