Security Badges. Upon execution of a Technology Center agreement, Licensee must also complete the RMU Security form prior to the issuance of security badges. The Security Form contains information on which Licensee employees or Licensee vendor employees are authorized by the Licensee to enter the Technology Center on the Licensee's behalf. It is the Licensee's responsibility to keep the Security Form updated at all times by contacting the NOC at (000) 000-0000 with any changes. The standard number of security badges issued will be in accordance with the number of cabinets or amount of Space licensed by Licensee. Upon the first visit to the Technology Center, Licensee authorized personnel are required to contact RMU personnel to go through the identification and badge issuance process. All persons accessing the Technology Center will be required to show a valid driver's license or other government issued form of picture identification. Once Licensee's identification is confirmed; RMU personnel will enter the Licensee's information into the card access system. Once this process is completed, Licensee will have access to its Space and shared areas of the Technology Center without further need of assistance from RMU personnel. Licensee must have cage space to obtain access or security badges or 24/7 unescorted access to the Technology Center.

Security Badges. (A). Security badges are required to be worn by resources when on DOR properties. Procedures for issuing and assuring that security badges are returned upon termination of employment must be established.
Security Badges. The District will provide security badges to the Charter School for its staff. The Charter School will pay for the cost of the security badges. Charter School staff shall wear these badges to use as evidence that they are lawfully on the premises. Charter School is entitled to up to twenty-five (25) District badges. In the event a Co-location with a District program occurs, both the Charter Schools’ staff and District staff shall carry said cards at all times that they are at the Site.

Security Badges. Concessionaire acknowledges that the Port Authority is subject to strict federal security regulations limiting access to secure areas of the airport and prohibiting violations of the adopted Airport Security Program. Concessionaire further acknowledges that its employees and agents will be required to undergo background checks and take Airport Security and Access Procedures (“S.I.D.A.”) training before receiving an Airport Security Identification Badge. The Authority may impose a reasonable per-employee charge on Concessionaire to defray the cost of background investigations and finger printing related to applications for Airport Security Identification Badges. Immediately upon the termination of this agreement for any reason, or upon the resignation or dismissal or conclusion of any work justifying airport security access to any agent, employee, contractor, subcontractor, subtenant, or invitee of the Concessionaire, Concessionaire shall surrender any Airport Security Identification Badge held by Concessionaire or by Concessionaire’s agent, employee, contractor, subcontractor, subtenant, or invitee. If Concessionaire fails to surrender any such badge to Authority within five (5) days, then Concessionaire shall be assessed a fee for each badge not returned, at the then- current amount set by Authority for lost badges (such fee is currently $100.00 per lost badge). This fee will be billed to the Concessionaire or deducted from any money owing to the Concessionaire. Authority may adjust the Lost Badge Fee at anytime in its sole discretion.

Security Badges. The COUNTY will perform the fingerprinting and background checks related to the A/E applications (authorized signer) for airport access media. Each member of the A/E team, including subconsultants, who require airfield access media, will attend the required security meetings. Security badging classes average 3 hours in length. No visitor’s badges will be issued. The COUNTY will perform quarterly audits of the outstanding badges. The A/E will respond to all COUNTY audit requests. There is a two-week turn-around for completion of the badging process.
Security Badges. Cooperator personnel shall wear a distinctive cooperator furnished security (ID) badge readily identifying the individual as a cooperator employee. The badge shall be worn in a conspicuous place at all times when performing work under the agreement.
