Section 1(c). For purposes of Section 1(c) of the Agreement, the Transaction with External ID: 1592187 shall be the sole Transaction under the Agreement.

Unified Arts teachers, whose class sizes are determined by stations, shall not be assigned more students than stations designated for that specific subject area or area of instruction within that subject area. Teachers whose classes exceed the listed maximum for more than ten (10) consecutive days after the initial adjustment shall follow the procedures set forth in Section 1(a) and (b) above.
Section 1(c). For purposes of Section 1(c) of the Agreement, the Transaction with BNY Reference No. 38962 shall be the sole Transaction under the Agreement.

Section 1(c). Employees will only be reimbursed for certifications that have been approved by the appropriate departmental manager and must be in the employee's area of practice.
Section 1(c). If the Employer has a verifiable and reasonable suspicion regarding the validity of the request, the Employer may require documentation. The Employer agrees not to withhold payment of the bereavement time.
Section 1(c). Section 1C. On the day following the effective date of this Agreement a complete seniority list shall be posted in a conspicuous place at all times. Any protest as to the proper seniority date of an employee after his or her hire-in date must be made in writing within thirty (30) days. No protest being filed within this thirty (30) day period, the seniority date as posted shall be considered correct and final.
