SECTION 1213. 2 Effective upon receipt of legislatively authorized and funded increases/decreases for employer- 3 paid insurance contributions, the District will adjust its monthly insurance contributions 4 accordingly.
SECTION 1213. 2 Effective 9/1/2019 through 12/31/2019, the School District shall pay the maximum premium 3 amount specified in Section 12.1.1 herein, for mutually approved basic insurance programs 4 which may include: medical, dental, vision, group long-term disability, and group term life 5 insurance coverage. Eligibility for vision and dental insurance will be a minimum of fifteen 6 (15) hours per five (5) day work week. Eligibility for medical insurance will be a minimum of 7 twenty (20) hours per five (5) day work week. Only after members of the bargaining unit have 8 received benefit of basic medical coverage shall pool dollars be used for optional coverage.

SECTION 1213. Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt of the Company; Preservation of Trustee's Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article with respect to any Senior Debt of the Company which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt of the Company, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.
