Scope Limitation. For the avoidance of doubt, the representations and warranties in Sections 2.1(c) and 2.1(d) shall not be deemed to be applicable to the Purchase and Sale Agreement or the Termination Agreement (or the transactions contemplated thereby), as such agreements contain their own representations and warranties, which shall govern such agreements and the transactions contemplated thereby.
