Scope and Structure. The Roadmap will describe the existing system for managing funds under the HRD Operational Programme. It will identify the steps and improvements necessary to achieve a management and control system with internal rules of procedure as well as clear institutional and personal responsibilities which will be efficiently performed without ex-ante controls by the Commission. The Roadmap will set quantitative and qualitative benchmarks on (non exhaustive list): • the establishment and management of the institutional set up, • the staffing, • the functioning of the decentralised implementation system with ex-ante controls, • the implementation of operations/projects under the HRD Operational Programme. The Roadmap will additionally include a set of benchmarks relating to the tendering and contracting process. In particular these benchmarks will refer to the increased quality of tender and contract documents submitted to the EC Delegation for ex-ante approval and to the timely procurement (procurement plan with binding deadlines). In the Roadmap the Republic of Macedonia will set the deadline for sending to the Commission the application for the waiving of ex-ante controls.

Scope and Structure. This Agreement applies to certain products and services provided by Itron to Customer and consists of these General Terms and Conditions, Addenda, Order Documents and Statements of Work.
Scope and Structure. This SSA sets forth the terms and conditions under which Customer may establish one or more Services Contracts for the acquisition in the U.S. of Services, Maintenance Services and Deliverables from Xerox. Each Services Contract under this SSA constitutes a separate contract and will be assigned its own Services Contract Number consisting of the above SSA number followed by a three digit extension. Each Services Contract will be established when Customer submits and Xerox accepts the first Order with a new Services Contract Number. Customer may add Services, Maintenance Services or Deliverables to an existing Services Contract by issuing additional Orders referencing the applicable Services Contract Number. Each Services Contract will consist of the applicable terms and conditions of this SSA, the first Order and each additional Order with the same Services Contract Number. Xerox may provide Services and/or Products through its U.S. affiliates. Capitalized terms are defined in Section 25 unless defined where first used.
Scope and Structure. (the “Employer”) and Local No. (the “IBT Local”) of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“IBT”) are parties to a Collective Bargaining Agreement (as defined below) that requires the Employer’s participation in, and contributions to, the Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Plan (“Central States”). The Employer and the IBT Local desire to establish the terms and conditions of employment, as they relate to the provision of retirement benefits provided to employees of the Employer who are covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement and who participate in Central States. This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) shall become an agreement between the Employer and the IBT Local with respect to Central States and shall replace all pension language in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Under the terms of the MOU, the Employer and the IBT Local elect to modify the Collective Bargaining agreement in order to participate in the IBT Consolidated Pension Fund and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this MOU. The modification of the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall not become effective until and unless ratified by a majority of the affected union members in the bargaining unit voting in a secret ballot referendum conducted by the IBT Local. Ratification of a mid-term modification providing for participation in the IBT Consolidated Pension Fund shall not otherwise affect the expiration date of the remaining terms of the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
