SAMPLE Statement of Work. Consultant, in accordance with this Statement of Work (“SOW”), shall implement the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (“BUILDER SMS”) for the Oregon Military Department (“Owner”). Consultant shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to implement BUILDER SMS at Owner-designated facilities (“Facilities"), including but not limited to, the facilities identified in Attachment A (the “Basic Services”). Functionality assessments are performed to evaluate user requirement changes, compliance and obsolescence issues. This provides a comprehensive picture of the overall performance of building assets and their key components. With information about condition, functionality, and remaining service life, BUILDER SMS guides the development of short-range and long-range work plans based on sound investment strategies, prioritization criteria, and budget constraints.
