SAFETY ITEMS. Unit employees shall comply with all applicable safety requirements as informed by management. Disciplinary action shall be taken for non-compliance with these safety requirements.
SAFETY ITEMS. City will continue to furnish employees with necessary safety items including equipment, tools and appropriate rain gear. Any items furnished by City shall remain the property of City.
SAFETY ITEMS. Employees whose duties require safety glasses, gloves, rubber boots, or other protective clothing will have those items provided by the City. The City retains the right to establish rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged items, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the City’s insurance plan.
SAFETY ITEMS. 1) All work performed under this Contract must comply with all applicable State and Federal safety and health requirements. Where there is a conflict between applicable regulations, the most stringent will apply.
SAFETY ITEMS. The Employer and the Employees will cooperate to assure safe working methods and conditions and devise plans for the furtherance of safety measures. The Employer shall provide at no cost to Employees the following safety items: Dust mask Respirators Safety goggles Face xxxxxxx Welder’s aprons Ear plugs Coveralls Gloves Hard hat Knee pads Earmuffs These items to be made available to Employees so designated by the Safety Committee and a management representative. These items to be replaced free of charge when these items are returned worn or damaged. The above items to be distributed without delay.
SAFETY ITEMS. Each vehicle shall meet United States Department of Transportation safety requirements.
SAFETY ITEMS b. No unit employee shall be eligible to receive any payment of any allowance if such employee has for any reason been absent from active service or on industrial accident or sick leave or on a leave of absence without pay for any time in excess of one-‐half (1/2) of the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the January 15th payment date. Unit employees shall comply with all applicable safety requirements.
