Rights Fee. IRU Grantee shall pay its Proportionate Share of Rights fees as reasonably required from time to time by property owners, government agencies, taxing authorities, or otherwise imposed by law or contract and which relate to the McLeodUSA Cable containing the IRU Fibers during the Term of this Agreement. To the extent possible, all such fees shall be established and agreed to in advance and listed in Exhibit A. Upon written request therefore, McLeodUSA shall provide a reasonable accounting for same.
Rights Fee. The Author shall be paid $XXX.XX (6 cents per word up to 7500 words with a minimum payment of $60) for rights granted in Sections 1a, 1b, and 1c of this Agreement to be paid within 30 days of initial publication. Should the rights granted in section 1d be exercised, the Author will receive a payment in the sum of $XXX.XX (1 cent per word up to 7500 words) to be paid within 30 days after initial publication. Should the rights granted in section 1e be exercised, the Author will receive a pro-rata share of 10% of the book or anthology’s net earnings payable on January 1st and July 1st of each calendar year provided a minimum of $10.00 is due the author. Payment options are limited to checks and PayPal. Any bank fees or wire transfer charges will be deducted from the author’s payment.
Rights Fee. In consideration for the rights granted to Sankyo under this Agreement, Sankyo shall pay to Metabasis a one-time, non-refundable fee equal to US$8,500,000 within ten (10) business days after the Option Effective Date. Rights Fee. Tenant shall pay and deliver, in immediately available funds, $600,000.00 to Landlord on the Commencement Date. The Rights Fee represents a payment being made by Tenant to Landlord in consideration for the rights being created in favor of Tenant over the entirety of the Term pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.

However, future funds contributed to the SCHOOL BOARD during the 2017-18 capital contribution campaign initiated by the ▇▇▇▇▇ High School Athletic Association for the capital improvements to the Athletic Complex shall be exempt from any such contribution to the SCHOOL BOARD’s general fund. In the event the SCHOOL BOARD delivers to ▇▇▇▇▇ written notice of its intent to non-renew this Agreement in accordance with Section 2(c) hereof and ▇▇▇▇▇ exercises its Right to Match, the parties agree that the Rights Fee for the Renewal Term shall be the amount specified in the Third Party Offer unless SCHOOL BOARD and ▇▇▇▇▇ mutually agree otherwise. In the event ▇▇▇▇▇ exercises its Right to Renew, the parties agree that the Rights Fee for the Renewal Term, if exercised, shall be in the aggregate amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($250,000.00) payable in five (5) annual installments.

(b) In the event all of the Borrower's Obligations (as defined in the Credit Agreement) have been indefeasibly paid in full by January 1, 2004 and the Termination Date (as defined in the Credit Agreement) shall have occurred by January 1, 2004, the Rights Fee shall be $0.
