Right to services. The rights of Customer to the use of the Services are personal to Customer and neither those rights nor the Order Form shall be transferred, sold, licensed, leased, assigned, conveyed or otherwise permitted to be used, in whole or in part, to or by any person or entity other than Customer without the express written consent of Sertifi which consent may be conditioned or withheld for any reason or no reason in the sole and absolute discretion of Sertifi. Any transfer of substantially all of the assets of the Customer or a transfer of more than one- half of the shares of stock or other equity interest in the Customer shall be deemed an attempted un-permitted transfer of the Order Form.
Right to services. The right of free and uninterrupted passage and running water sewerage electricity television video audio fax electronic mail date information and the communication from and to all parts of the adjoining land of the Landlord through over and along the conduits and all other conducting media that are now laid in or under or pass through any part of the Premises.
Right to services. 1.1 At all times hereafter the right of passage and running of appropriate services (including but not limited to gas water electricity telecommunication surface water and foul water) through the Service Channels now under or across the Estate or the Landlord’s Neighbouring Premises and to make connection with such Service Channels or any of them for the purpose of exercising the said rights and all such rights of access for the Tenant and the Tenant’s lessees and employees as may from time to time be reasonably required for the purpose of laying inspecting cleansing repairing maintaining renewing or adding to such Service Channels or any of them but the enjoyment of the aforesaid rights shall be subject to the Tenant or other the person or persons exercising the same or having the benefit thereof being liable to make good all damage to the Estate or the Landlord’s Neighbouring Premises thereby occasioned with reasonable dispatch
Right to services. 1.1 At all times hereafter the right of passage and running of appropriate services through the Service Channels forming part of the Premises and to make connection with such Service Channels or any of them for the purpose of exercising the said rights and all such rights of access for the Landlord the Surveyor and the Landlord’s lessees and employees and all persons from time to time authorised by the Landlord as may from time to time be reasonably required for the purpose of laying inspecting cleansing repairing maintaining renewing or adding to such Service Channels or any of them but the enjoyment of the aforesaid rights shall be subject to the Landlord or other the person or persons exercising the same or having the benefit thereof being liable to make good all damage to the Premises thereby occasioned with reasonable dispatch
Right to services. ECAL grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access the Services on a monthly basis provided the Client pays the relevant Monthly Fee. ECAL may also grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access the Services on an annual basis provided the Client pays the relevant Annual Fee. The Client may allow Authorized Users to access the Services but the Client remains at all times responsible for the compliance by all Authorized Users with this Agreement. The Client acknowledges that ECAL has no delivery obligation and will not ship or deliver copies of the Software or any other software programs to the Client as part of the Services. Instead, ECAL will host the Software on its own servers and the Client will have access to the Software via the admin portal or an Application Program Interface (API). ECAL reserve all rights not expressly granted to the Client in this Agreement. ECAL or its licensors own the ECAL IP and the Client does not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights in ECAL IP.

Right to services. 1.1 (If and so far as the Service Channels are not adopted or maintainable by any statutory undertaker or supply authority) at all times hereafter the right of passage and running of appropriate services through the Service Channels now under or across the Estate and to make connection with such Service Channels or any of them for the purpose of exercising the said rights and all such rights of access for the Tenant and the Tenant’s lessees and employees as may from time to time be reasonably required for the purpose of laying inspecting cleansing repairing maintaining renewing or adding to such Service Channels or any of them but the enjoyment of the aforesaid rights shall be subject to the Tenant or other the person or persons exercising the same or having the benefit thereof being liable to make good all damage to the Estate thereby occasioned with reasonable dispatch
