Right to Coverage. The Board shall purchase from a carrier licensed by the State of Ohio, group term life insurance in the amount of $50,000 for each regular, full-time member (as defined in 7.01(A)) now or hereinafter employed.

Right to Coverage. Except as specified in Section 7.01A, above, the Board shall self-fund and/or purchase from a carrier licensed in the State of Ohio, dental insurance coverage which meets the specifications set forth in this section for each member, now or hereinafter employed, and his/her family. The Board shall maintain the current Usual and Customary Rate (UCR) percentile for services out of the PPO network.
