Reworking. Reworking is only possible after approval by Client. Additional stability tests and analytical testing of reworked batches may be required. Development: Reworked batches have to be reported and approved by Client. Reworking process could be part of the experience through process development.
Reworking of Section A inside pages shall be completed by the assistant news editor for all editions except Central, North and City, when the news editor may rework the inside of Section A. To expedite the publication of the paper, an assistant news editor may occasionally be assigned to perform work normally performed by the news editor and the news editor may occasionally perform the work of an assistant news editor, pursuant to the terms of Article 11, Section 8.
Reworking. Supplier must ensure, if necessary following consultation with Customer, that rectification or corrective measures performed on its products do not have any detrimental effects (e.g. in regard to dimensions, function, strength, durability). Reworking that alters the characteristics of the product or results in deviations from the technical documents or frozen production conditions is—along with the planned reworking procedure—subject to approval. This applies also to sub-suppliers. Such approval must be obtained in written form before the reworking takes place. This does not release Supplier from its responsibility for the quality of the product.
Reworking. Subjecting materials, in-process intermediates, packaging, labeling or PRODUCT that does not conform to standards or specifications to one or more processing steps that are different from the established manufacturing process to obtain acceptable quality materials, in-process intermediates, packaging, labeling or PRODUCT. SOPs mean written standard operating procedures established, or to be established, by SUPPLIER and employed in the manufacturing, testing, storage, packaging, labeling, certification and delivery of PRODUCT. SPECIFICATIONS mean any requirement with which a product, process, service, or other activity must conform. Specifications are numerical limits, ranges or other acceptance criteria to which the PRODUCT or process of making the PRODUCT must conform.
Reworking. 1. Defects of the delivery and/or service claimed during the warranty period, including failure to achieve guaranteed data and the lack of assured properties, are to be eliminated by the Supplier within a reasonable period and also free of charge with regard to all neces- sary additional costs, on discretion of the Customer by reworking or replacement of the defective parts or new delivery/new produc- tion, regardless of whether a purchase or works contract exists. 2. In particular, the Supplier bears all the expenses necessary in relation to the detection of defects and elimination of defects, also in- sofar as they are incurred by the Customer, in particular necessary examination costs, disassembly and reassembly costs, labour and material costs as well as the necessary transport and other necessary costs when replacing defective parts. This also applies insofar as the necessary expenses are increased due to the fact that the delivery item is transported to a place other than the place of per- formance but not if this results in disproportionate costs.
Reworking. The repeating of one or more step within the process or the performance of any additional process steps not covered in approved license in order to bring the Product into conformance with specifications.

Reworking. If, prior to the termination of the Production Payment, a Subject Well that has become a Commercial Well then ceases to be a Commercial Well and it would be economically feasible (without regard to the burden of the Production Payment) to restore or enhance the productivity of such well by reworking, reconditioning, plugging back, or otherwise conducting operations relative to such well (not to include redrilling or deepening of the well), Grantor shall take such action to restore or enhance the productivity of such well.
