Faulty Products. 9.1 If you discover a defect with one or more of the products supplied in the course of providing the services or if the product has been incorrectly described, you should inform us using the contact details above in clause 2. 9.2 Within the first 30 Days, you are entitled, at your option, to a full refund, to keep the product(s) at a reduced price, or to a repair or replacement. 9.3 After the first 30 Days, and for the first 6 months, we will, at our option, repair or replace any defective products or, if a repair or replacement is not practicable or possible, or unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, you may keep the product(s) at a reduced price. This right may not apply if we can prove that the defect has been caused deliberately or negligently by you, or as a result of your failure to follow instructions given by the engineer or as included with the product. 9.4 After the first 6 months, if any product develops a fault, you must prove that the product in question was faulty at the time we supplied it and you took ownership of it. you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or to a partial refund for up to 6 years depending on the nature of the product and how long it can reasonably be expected to last.
Faulty Products. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer an effective resolution.
Faulty Products. 6.1 Subject to clause 6.2, TLJ Switchgear will replace or repair free of charge faulty products provided that such faults are notified to TLJ Switchgear in writing within 12 months from delivery to the Customer. 6.2 TLJ Switchgear will not replace a faulty product that are faulty as a result from: (a) fair wear and tear; (b) incorrect or negligent use of the Product; (c) unsuitable protection of the Product; (d) unauthorised installation, alteration or repairs carried out by the Customer or another third party; or (e) the Customer's refusal to grant TLJ Switchgear access to inspect or carry out repairs as necessary on the Product(s) at a reasonable time or under suitable conditions. 6.3 Where the Products and/or Services are provided for business purposes, the parties acknowledge that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply.
Faulty Products. The supplier is obliged to maintain a system for dealing with faulty products that comprises the following points: ● Labelling and segregation of faulty products ● Reporting of faulty products if these are provided for working on ● Locking and, if necessary, renewed release of the products concerned ● Implementation of corrective and preventative measures ● Should counterfeit products appear or be suspected, these have to be put in quarantine immediately and HCNC is to be informed with immediate effect.
Faulty Products. All products carry a minimum of 1-year guarantee. Any fault should be reported to our customer services team with the original proof of receipt at which point we will substantiate the fault and either issue a refund or replace the faulty item. Faulty Products. The consumer will notify us in writing within a period of two months after receiving goods with obvious defects, other- wise the assertion of warranty claims is excluded.
Faulty Products i. It is the responsibility of the Customer, upon receipt of the Products, to ensure that the Product(s) supplied matches the items within the Order. In the event of problems, or if Products are defective or damaged, Customer must notify Company as soon as is reasonably possible. Claims may be reduced or rejected if Company has not been given an opportunity to put matters right.
