Return of University Property. Upon termination of the employment relationship the staff member shall without request return to the University any items, apparatuses, instruments, literature, job-related documents and the like which were given to him/her by the University.
Return of University Property. The equipment, supplies, and other property provided by UNO should be returned within 5 days of UNO’s request. Upon termination of employment, all equipment, supplies, documents, and other departmental property, specifically identified above, as may be amended from time to time, must be returned promptly to UNO. In the event the alternative work arrangement set forth in the Agreement ends, the Employee's obligation to return University property continues.

Return of University Property. Eligible Employee agrees to make any and all necessary arrangements to return to the University, as soon as possible, all keys and other property belonging to the University, if any, in Eligible Employee’s possession or control. Eligible Employee agrees not to make, keep or deliver to anyone else copies or facsimiles of such property. This will be accomplished prior to any payment being made by the University under this Agreement.

On or before the Effective Date, Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall complete the University’s standard exit procedures, including return of all University property, including key, University ID, mobile telephones, PDAs, computers, credit cards, calling cards, and any other University property in his possession, and shall return the courtesy vehicle assigned for use by his spouse. Xxxxx Xxxxxx may retain the courtesy vehicle previously assigned for his use unless the University has arranged for a different dealer-provided courtesy vehicle pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement, in which case Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall return the courtesy vehicle previously assigned for his use on or before the Effective Date.104
Return of University Property. I understand that all University property, including physical property, documents, and information, related to or connected with my employment with the University that I receive or create during my employment with the University, belongs to the University. I understand and agree that I have a duty and a responsibility to return all such property upon termination of my employment with the University. I therefore agree that, pursuant to that duty, upon termination of my work for the University, or at any other time upon the University's request I will promptly deliver to the University all files, hard copies, electronic files and/or emails (even if sent to my private accounts) that contain information relating to University business, University clients, and University prospects, including without limitation, financial information, market analyses, program materials, proposals (signed or unsigned), draft proposals, status updates on accounts, contact information for client contacts, contact logs or reports, notes, records, outstanding issues, and any other client-related information. All records, designs, patents, business plans, financial statements, manuals, research papers, customer contacts, memoranda, lists and other property delivered to or compiled by me or on behalf of the University or the representatives, vendors or customers thereof which pertain to the business of the University shall be and remain the property of the University and be subject at all times to the discretion and control thereof. Likewise, all correspondence, reports, records, charts, advertising materials and other similar data pertaining to the business, activities or future plans of the University which is collected by me shall be delivered promptly to the University without request by it upon termination of my employment I understand that I will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of the properties of the University in my use, custody or charge. For the loss of any property of the University in my possession, the University will have the right to assess on its own basis and recover the damages of all such material(s) from me and to take such other action as it deems proper in the event of my failure to account for such material or property to its satisfaction. Return of University Property. Employee represents and warrants that on or before «Retirement_Date», Employee will return to the University all of its property, equipment and documents (including without limitation any computers, credit cards, identification cards, card keys, keys, cell phones, Blackberrys, documents containing non-public confidential and/or proprietary information, and the like) concerning or relating in any way to Employee’s employment with the University that are in Employee’s possession, custody or control. In addition, if the employee has an office, it will be cleared.
