Return Information. SpinCo and Parent acknowledge that time is of the essence in relation to any request for information, assistance or cooperation made by Parent or SpinCo pursuant to Section 7.1 or this Section 7.2. Each Party shall provide to the other Parties information and documents relating to its Group reasonably required by the other Parties to prepare Tax Returns. Any information or documents a Party responsible for preparing a Tax Return in accordance with the terms of this Agreement requires to prepare such Tax Returns shall be provided in such form as such Party reasonably requests and in sufficient time for such Party to prepare such Tax Returns on a timely basis.

Return Information. CBI and Convergys agree that each will cause their respective chief financial officers to furnish to the Tax Administrators on a timely basis such information, schedules, analyses and any other items as may be necessary to prepare the Consolidated Return. Such information, schedules, analyses and other items will be prepared in a manner consistent with existing practice and in accordance with the work plan scheduled to be agreed upon by the Tax Administrators and the chief financial officers of CBI and Convergys, acting reasonably, as soon as practicable after the Distribution Date.

Return Information. The term “return information” means a taxpayer’s identity, nature, source, or amount of income, payments, receipts, deductions, exemptions, credits, assets, liability, tax withheld, deficiencies, etc. or any other data received by, recorded by, prepared by, furnished to, or collected with respect to the determination of the existence or possible existence, of liability of any person of any tax, penalty, interest, fine, forfeiture, or other imposition or offense.

Return Information. Upon the termination of the Employee’s employment and all other Permitted Capacities, he shall cause to be delivered to the Employer all documents and data pertaining to the Confidential Information (whether maintained in electronic or tangible media) and shall not retain any documents or data of any kind or any reproductions (in whole or in part) or extracts of any items containing Confidential Information. The foregoing obligation shall not extend to Confidential Information that the Employee has the right to retain as a member or manager of Grosvenor Holdings, L.L.C.
Return Information. Information may not be reproduced in any form without approval from RE/MAX Select Properties. The original and any copies you do make or receive must be returned to RE/MAX Select Properties after reasonable review or immediately upon request from RE/MAX Select Properties. The Buyer(s) hereby understand if they violate any of the above, that they are liable to suit for damages caused by such action from either the owner of the Business or RE/MAX Select Properties. Return Information. Any Federal tax returns or return information (hereafter referred to as returns or return information) made available to Contractor shall be used by Contractor only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Agreement. Information contained in such material shall be treated as confidential and shall not be divulged or made known in any manner to any person except as may be necessary in the performance of this Agreement or as otherwise required by law. Inspection by or disclosure to anyone other than an officer or employee of Contractor is prohibited.
Return Information. 2.1 The Concessionaire must submit to the Grantor an activity return in the form set out in Schedule 4 within 7 working days of the end of April and August (refer Schedule 1, Item 9). Once received by the Department, individual returns are to be amalgamated to preserve confidentiality for reporting purposes. The Department may utilise this information to assess the intensity of the activity across the landscape, to inform management planning and to provide reports to the public.
