Retroactive Wages. A36:01 Retroactive pay will be paid to all employees working during the retroactivity period. Staff who do not currently work for the Employer are required to request such retroactivity pay in writing. Retroactive pay will be processed as soon as possible following ratification of the settlement by both parties and the provision of the approved wage scales to the Employer. The anticipated timelines for processing of retroactive pay will be communicated to all current employees in an appropriate format. Wherever possible, retroactive pay will be made by separate cheque. Article A37 Rehabilitation, Return to Work and Accommodation A37:01 The Employer and the Union agree to actively participate and facilitate the rehabilitation and return to work of ill, injured or disabled employees.
Retroactive Wages. 32:01 When retroactive payment of wages is agreed to for staff employed on the date of ratification of a new Agreement, the following process will occur:
Retroactive Wages. The parties hereto agreed to a lump sum payment in lieu of retroactive pay in the amount of 0.75% of actual wages paid from September 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. This lump sum will include employees who were paid at the minimum stipend, employees who were paid above the minimum stipend, employees paid by the student/web conference, and employees paid by the hour. Retroactive Wages. 37:01 Retroactive pay adjustments to August 1, 2021, upon the date of ratification of this Agreement, shall apply and be paid to employees who are in the employ of the Employer on the date of signing if so required.
Retroactive Wages. Wage increases herein specified shall be adjusted as of October 11th, 1937* Where ad justments are to be made by reducing hours of work to forty (^0) per week, employees affected may be granted time off equal to the hours in excess of forty (^40) per week worked during said inter vening period, or may be paid at the straight time hourly rate for such additional hours, at the option of the employer. The provisions of this section shall apply to regular employees only.
