REQUIRED TESTING. The following testing is required of all drivers:

REQUIRED TESTING. 7 1. Pre-employment - Federal regulation requires pre-employment drug and 8 alcohol testing.
REQUIRED TESTING. The Greeneview Local School District may elect to have all testing performed through a consortium of employees required by law to perform alcohol and drug testing of employees.
REQUIRED TESTING. For calculating deterioration factors at least two Type I tests before bench ageing of the emission control hardware and at least two Type I tests after the bench-aged emission hardware is reinstalled have to be performed on the test vehicle. Additional testing may be conducted by the manufacturer. Calculation of the deterioration factors has to be done according to the calculation method as specified in paragraph 7. of this annex.
REQUIRED TESTING. Required drug tests and the frequency of such tests for any police officer shall be determined by the Employer based upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the police officer’s assigned duties; the police officer’s prior refusal to submit to a drug test; the police officer’s prior confirmed positive drug test result; or the police officer’s status as a probationary police officer. Police officers assigned to identified divisions/units shall be subject to required testing. These divisions/units include, but shall not be limited to: Internal Affairs, Specialized Services, Narcotics/Vice, Intelligence, Crime Reduction Units and Personnel.
REQUIRED TESTING. Proficiency Exam The Collegiate Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP) consists of four test components covering writing skills, mathematics, reading, and science reasoning. Students are required to test after completing 48 or more credit hours (32 credit hours for Associates Degree students). The examination is scheduled each semester during the first two weeks in November and the last two weeks of March. For more information, see xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx. Must be taken the semester after a student completes 48 credit hours. Date Completed Degree Audit Student should request an audit at the Registrar’s Office after finishing 80 credits, and after every subsequent semester.
REQUIRED TESTING. To be eligible to participate in any school-sponsored extracurricular activity, a secondary student in grades 9–12 must agree to participate in a drug-testing program.
REQUIRED TESTING. 19.11.3.1Federal regulation requires pre-employment testing, random testing, testing in cases of reasonable suspicion, post accident testing, return to duty testing, and follow-up tests. No covered employee shall refuse to submit to any of the required tests for the following substances which are specified in the law and are prohibited: Amphetamines and Methamphetamines Cocaine Cannabinoids (THC / Marijuana) Phencyclidine (PCP) Opiates (Heroin, Morphine, Codeine) Alcohol
REQUIRED TESTING. A. The City may require an employee to submit to an alcohol test and/or a drug test when the City has reasonable suspicion to believe that the employee has violated the prohibitions of its Policy. Additionally, if there has been an accident or if a traffic citation has been issued, the City may require an employee to submit to an alcohol and/or drug test.
