REQUIRED TESTING. An employee will be required to submit to testing for alcohol and/or controlled substances under the following circumstances:
REQUIRED TESTING. 7 1. Pre-employment - Federal regulation requires pre-employment drug and 8 alcohol testing.

Date Completed Degree Audit Student should request an audit at the Registrar’s Office after finishing 80 credits, and after every subsequent semester.
