13.3.3 The alcohol and controlled substances initial and confirmatory testing process shall be in accordance with United States Department of Transportation Procedures. Substances tested for include: • Amphetamines and Methamphetamines • Cocaine • Cannabinoids (THC) • Opiates (Narcotics) • Phencyclidine (PCP) • Alcohol
