Required Processing. If Ganttic is required by Data Protection Requirements to process any Customer Personal Data for a reason other than providing the services described in the DPA, Ganttic will inform Customer of this requirement in advance of any processing, unless Ganttic is legally prohibited from informing Customer of such processing (e.g., as a result of secrecy requirements that may exist under applicable EU member state laws).
Required Processing. If Slaask is required by Data Protection Requirements to process any Customer Personal Data for a reason other than providing the services described in the Agreement, Slaask will inform Customer of this requirement in advance of any processing, unless Slaask is legally prohibited from informing Customer of such processing (e.g., as a result of secrecy requirements that may exist under applicable EU member state laws).

If Handshake is required by Data Protection Requirements to process any Student Personal Data for a reason other than providing the services described in the Agreement, Handshake will inform Institution of this requirement in advance of any processing, unless Handshake is legally prohibited from informing Institution of such processing (e.g., as a result of secrecy requirements that may exist under applicable EU member state laws).
Required Processing. If OpenAI is required by Data Protection Laws to process any Customer Data for a reason other than in connection with the Agreement, OpenAI will inform Customer of this requirement in advance of any such processing, unless legally prohibited.

If Partner is required by Data Protection Requirements to process any Personal Data for a reason other than providing the services described in the Agreement, Partner will inform RaiseMe of this requirement in advance of any processing, unless Partner is legally prohibited from informing RaiseMe of such processing (e.g., as a result of secrecy requirements that may exist under applicable EU member state laws).

If B2BE is required by Data Protection Requirements to process any Personal Data for any reason other than providing the services described in the Agreement, B2BE will inform the Customer of this requirement in advance of any processing, unless B2BE is legally prohibited from informing the Customer of such processing.

If Partner is required by Data Protection Requirements to process any Personal Data for a reason other than providing the services described in the Agreement, Partner will inform CampusLogic of this requirement in advance of any processing, unless Partner is legally prohibited from informing CampusLogic of such processing (e.g., as a result of secrecy requirements that may exist under applicable EU member state laws).
