Request for Meetings. A time and place for a meeting between Board representatives and the BISGITA representatives set in accordance with Subsection 2.013, shall be set by request for a meeting, such meeting to take place not later than fifteen days from the date of the request. Any such meeting shall be adjourned from time to time as the parties agree until full and complete discussion has been had of the items on the agenda.
Request for Meetings. Upon receipt of written request to schedule a meeting for the purpose of beginning negotiations, the party receiving such notice will have ten (10) days to reply to the request. Within twenty (20) days of the date of the request to schedule a meeting, the parties shall establish the first date for negotiations. The initial request shall be made not more than ninety (90) days, or less than sixty (60) days, prior to contract termination date. All days referred to in this section shall be calendar days.
Request for Meetings. Requests for negotiations shall be made in writing to the Superintendent or by the Superintendent to the Association President, no earlier than March 1 nor later than March 31 prior to the expiration date of this Agreement. Included in the request shall be the purpose for the meeting, the date of the request, and the name of the person to contact to arrange a mutually satisfactory time for a meeting. A written reply shall be sent by the receiving party within ten (10) calendar days to the representative of the requesting party. This reply shall include a recognition of the request for the meeting, the date of the writing, and a time and place mutually agreed upon for the meeting. The first session shall be held within thirty (30) calendar days of the date listed on the initial request for negotiations, unless both parties agree on a later date. At least ten (10) work days prior to the first meeting, the Board and the Association will present fully written proposals. No new matters shall be introduced during negotiations without mutual consent. The meeting place and time will be mutually acceptable to both parties. The Board will make its best effort to schedule one day of negotiations during a school day. If the Board and CWEA agree to negotiate during a school day, the Board will pay for the release of up to five (5) CWEA negotiation team members. The Association will pay for the release time of any additional members thereafter to attend. Until negotiations are completed, each meeting shall include a decision on an agreed time for the next meeting.
Request for Meetings. Request from the Association for negotiation meetings shall be made through the Superintendent of Schools.
Request for Meetings. A written request for negotiations between the Board and the Association may be submitted by either party. Such written request must be submitted by the first day of work in May of each school year. A mutually acceptable meeting date and place shall be set for negotiations to begin not more than thirty (30) days following a request to bargain. Both parties shall submit their proposals for negotiations at the first meeting. Additional items may be introduced with mutual agreement of the Board and Association. The respective head negotiators will establish a mutually acceptable time and place for the meeting. Meetings shall not exceed two (2) hours, except by mutual agreement. No monitoring or recording devices will be present while negotiations are being conducted without mutual consent of both head negotiators.
Request for Meetings. Negotiations shall begin no sooner than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of the Agreement or a reopener provision. Negotiations shall open upon the written request of either party and a mutually agreeable meeting date shall be established within fifteen (15) working days of the receipt of the written request. Procedures for conducting negotiations shall be established in written form at the first meeting.
Request for Meetings. It is agreed that all reasonable requests by the Union for hearings or meetings with Management will be granted without unnecessary delay.

A request for said meeting shall contain the reasons for the meeting. A mutually agreeable time and place for the meeting shall be set within ten (10) days of the request.

Requests from the Association for negotiation meetings shall be made in writing to the President of the Board or his/her designated representative. Requests from the Board shall be made in writing to the President of the Association or his/her designated representative. The schedule for negotiations is to start on or after August 15 of each year. After this date of each year, either party may request a meeting according to the following rules:

Requests from the Union for negotiation meetings shall be made by the Union's designated representative. Requests from the District shall be made by its designated representative.
