Reporting Duties. The Trustee or Insurer of a Xxxx XXX shall furnish annual calendar year reports concerning the status of the account as well as information concerning required minimum distributions as is prescribed by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue. The Trustee or Insurer, as applicable, shall be subject to the reporting requirements of Code Section 408(i) with respect to all Deemed IRAs that are established and maintained under the Plan.
