Reporting Dates. The “Reporting Dates” corresponding to each calendar quarter shall be the dates which are forty-five (45) days following the last calendar day in each of March, June, September and December, as applicable (or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day following such date); provided that the first Reporting Date hereunder shall be November 14, 2012.
