Replacement Card Fee. After a Card has been issued in your name, if you request and we agree to provide a replacement Card, we will charge a $29 Replacement Card Fee for the Card's replacement. This fee will be charged to your Account on the date that your request is processed, which may be different from the date the Replacement Card is sent to you.

CCB (Asia) may charge me a fee (as specified in the Fee Schedule) for the replacement of the lost or stolen Card and debit the same to the Card Account. I understand and acknowledge that I shall be liable for all losses suffered by CCB (Asia) if I (and/or any supplementary Cardmembers(s)) have acted fraudulently or with gross negligence.
Replacement Card Fee. Your Account may be charged a fee for each replacement Card or PIN you request, no matter what the reason, or if your Card or PIN is lost or stolen.

If a Membership Card is lost, destroyed or damaged and requires replacement a Replacement Card is available at an NBRC Administration Centre for an additional $10.00, non-refundable deposit.
Replacement Card Fee. If a replacement Card is issued for a lost, stolen or damaged card, a Replacement Card Fee may be charged directly to the Cardholder in the amount stated on the Card back. The Card program may be terminated. If the Card cannot be used after termination of the program, you may surrender the Card and redeem the remaining amount on the Card for cash by returning the Card by United States mail postage prepaid, to ATTN: Card Refunds, 0000 X. 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx 00000. No refunds will be honored unless (a) the Card is returned, and (b) you provide your name and mailing address with the returned Card. Requests for refunds may take up to 60 days to process. For inquiries concerning surrenders and redemptions, call 0.000.000.0000. Until the Card is surrendered, all fees will continue to apply including the monthly Maintenance Fee described on the Schedule of Bank Fees.
