Repackaging. IBP may not re-label, repackage, or modify ATTEVA’s packaged or shipped materials in any way.
Repackaging. If Distributor repackages containers and other packaging material's and labels that comply with all pertinent provisions of any applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations.
