Renumbering Sample Clauses

Renumbering. Any amendment of the Credit Agreement herein that ----------- incorporates Articles, Sections, Schedules or Exhibits from the Appendix shall be deemed to automatically renumber any Article, Section, Schedule or Exhibit references therein to correspond to those of the Credit Agreement as amended.

Renumbering. If any provision of the Québec Pension Law or the Tax Act referred to in this Agreement is renumbered, then that reference is to be considered to be to the provision as renumbered.

Renumbering. Sections 2.4 through and including 2.15 of the Original Loan Agreement are renumbered as Sections 2.5 through and including 2.16.

Renumbering. Notwithstanding 18.12 (a) reasonable lateness beyond the beginning of an employee’s regular shift starting time shall not be subject to the provisions of Article 18.12 (a)(i), (ii), or (iii), where the lateness is justified by the employee being able to establish to the satisfaction of the immediate management supervisor that every reasonable effort has been made by the employee to arrive at her work station at the scheduled time.
