Renumbering. If any provision of the Federal Pension Laws or Tax Act referred to in this Agreement is renumbered due to a change in law, then that reference is to be considered to be to the provision as renumbered.
Renumbering. Any amendment of the Credit Agreement herein that ----------- incorporates Articles, Sections, Schedules or Exhibits from the Appendix shall be deemed to automatically renumber any Article, Section, Schedule or Exhibit references therein to correspond to those of the Credit Agreement as amended.

Renumbering existing Clause 4 as 4(A) and adding the following as Clauses 4(B), 4(C), 4(D) and 4(E) 4(B) Further, commencing in the financial year 2000 and for each year thereafter, subject to any approvals of Government which may be necessary at the time at which the option is exercised, the Vice President shall be granted an option to purchase, at the "Exercise Price", payable in cash in full on the exercise of the option, a number of Ordinary Shares equal to the number of US$ which represents .75% of the net profit of the Company calculated as aforesaid for that financial year.
Renumbering existing Clause 4 as 4(A) and adding the following as Clauses 4(B), 4(C), 4(D) and 4(E);
Renumbering. To correct the numbering errors for PTE 2010–26, the second reference of Section II(a) should be revised to become Section II(b) and subsequent paragraphs should be revised in corresponding sequential order. Accordingly, the last two recordkeeping paragraphs in Section II of PTE 2010–26 should be identified as Section II(o) and (p).
Renumbering. Suites 1010 and 1015 shall be renumbered so that they have a joint suite number of Suite 1012. Tenant will use Suite 1010 as the number of another suite on the 10th floor of the Building which Tenant is also leasing from Landlord.
Renumbering. Sections 2.4 through and including 2.15 of the Original Loan Agreement are renumbered as Sections 2.5 through and including 2.16.
