Renters a. Reimbursement of any clearly documented costs incurred by breaking a lease, as the result of a move initiated by the Company…but only to the extent of avoiding duplicate housing expense for that associate covering the same time period.

Local, Community organizations (i.e. Scouts, Seniors’ Groups, Civic Organizations) may qualify for special rental considerations at the discretion of the Board of Supervisors. If after use and it is determined there was compliance with the Rules and Guidelines and no damage was done to Township property, no excess fees have been charged by the cleaning service, and the Social Hall was left as it was found, the damage deposit will be refunded; within 30 days. If the deposit does not cover all damage and/or cleaning expenses required to be paid by Caernarvon Township, the Renter will be held liable for any additional costs incurred. Renter Initials: INSURANCE/LIABILITY COVERAGE: The Renter must provide proof of liability insurance of $1,000,000.00 (one ($1) million dollars) per occurrence, with Host Liquor Liability coverage, naming Caernarvon Township as an additional insured, a minimum of 5 days before the event. Renters. Renters are identified as individuals, for profit and non-profit organizations, and governmental entities who hold a function and require use of the City of Xxxxxx Civic Center Facility. A cleaning/damage deposit of $200.00 is required unless otherwise designated by the City of Xxxxxx.
Renters. 6.4.1 You agree to pay Stozy the Total Fees for any Booking requested in connection with your Stozy Account if the Xxxxxx confirms such requested Bookings. In order to establish a Booking pending the Storer’s confirmation of your requested Booking, you understand and agree that Stozy, on behalf of the Xxxxxx, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) obtain a pre-authorization via your credit card for the Total Fees or (ii) charge your credit card a nominal amount, not to exceed one Singapore dollar ($1), to verify your credit card. Once Stozy receives confirmation of your Booking from the applicable Xxxxxx, Stozy will collect the Total Fees in accordance with these Terms and the pricing terms set forth in the applicable Listing. You also authorize Stozy to collect additional fees in the event of damage to the Storer’s property or Space or your default as contemplated under “Damage to Xxxxxx’x Property or Space” and “Renter Default” below, if applicable. Please note that Stozy cannot control any fees that may be charged to a Renter by its bank related to Stozy’s collection of the Total Fees and Stozy disclaims all liability in this regard.
Renters. It is specifically agreed that access to a Box rented in the names of two or more persons, without regard to relationship status, shall be under the control of each of them individually or their duly authorized and qualified legal representative(s) or other qualified successor(s). The Bank shall not be liable if contents placed in the Box are removed by one or more of those individuals with authorized access, regardless of the method or manner by which the person achieved authorized access. Each Renter shall be bound by the terms and provisions of the Agreement and the duties, obligations and liabilities of each Renter shall be joint and several. The Bank takes no position as to the ownership of the contents placed in the Box. Disputes between Renters regarding access to, possession of, or ownership of the contents placed in the Box, are to be resolved between or among the Renters and the Bank will not be liable for any losses related to these disputes.
