Rendering. Deliver to the Lender an architectural rendering (the “Architectural Rendering”) of the final selected improvements. The Lender must provide final approval to the Architectural Rendering prior to the Borrower beginning work on the Project.

Rendering. The component parts ordered and the services requested must be prepared and/or rendered with care and diligence, meeting the quality and safety requirements taking into account the purpose for which they have been requested.

Rendering a decision or award which does not, in any way, modify, add to, subtract from, change or amend any term or condition of this Agreement and which does not conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement.

Rendering. Divisional seniority should be established as the date the employee enters the division. There shall be no transfers of divisional seniority unless an employee who believes they possess the required skills to enter that division submits a request for transfer to the Personnel Office. Upon receipt of such request the employee will be given fair and reasonable consideration for placement within a different division based upon the need of the request and the required skills of the available job. Requests will be considered on a case by case basis and disposition of the request will be made within twenty-one (21) days of the date the request is filed. The Company will document requests and actions taken for periodic review by a Union Representative.

Rendering. The Company agrees to provide the Customer with a reliable supply of propane at the customer’s address set forth in this Agreement. The Company further agrees to furnish bulk service operating equipment for the use of propane by the Customer and to furnish without charge, labor and any necessary replacement parts during the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms of any Equipment Rental Agreement which may be signed between the Company and the Customer.

Rendering. The case of rendering for the audience is similar to that in Section 3 above, in that several renderers might be used, however, the scope of application of the ITU-R recommended does not extend beyond programme production. The renderer in MPEG-H (from FhG) is used in the mobile app developed by Elephant Candy. As noted in Section Error! Reference source not found., we will be using the low-complexity level 3 mode of MPEG-H. Receivers based on web browsers will use the VBAP renderer from BBC R&D. A problem still to be solved for the ORPHEUS project (and more generally) is that of the possibility of using a binaural renderer during programme production different from the one used in the listener’s device. During production, as mentioned in Section 3.6, checks are made for compatibility with different listening environments. Loudspeakers would normally be used for that, but the expected prevalence of binaural listening on portable devices suggests that binaural rendering should also be monitored. Currently, there are several possibilities at these two ends of the Orpheus chain. It is not yet clear which will finally be used, and tests have not yet been done to establish how great the differences in sound might be. Given that quality of experience of binaural sound can vary quite widely between individuals, this is an area that will need careful consideration.

Rendering. 3.1.1. The Authority and/or Other Contracting Body is seeking the safe and bio secure disposal by rendering of Waste Materials in a Disposal Facility approved for the processing of Category 1 or Category 2 Materials under the relevant ABP legislation. It is likely that a Veterinary Risk Assessment (VRA) will be required before any operations would be undertaken. If the VRA identifies any issues with the Disposal Facility the Authority may request suitable corrective actions and reserves the right to award the call off to another Contractor. 3.1.2. The Contractor should make alternative arrangements for processing their Daily Routine Work waste at their own cost should it not be possible to allow the Disposal Facility to continue processing this material. If the Contractor has more than one disposal line available for the provision of the Services, it may be possible to continue with Daily Routine Work at the same time - this will only be possible if the disposal line used to process Category 1 or 2 Waste Materials is completely separate and bio secure, including separate dedicated entrances and exits to and from the Disposal Facility. In an outbreak situation APHA will need to check the premises and undertake a VRA to approve the disposal line before this can be permitted. In the event that this is permitted, the Authority or Other Contracting Body will only be liable to pay the costs for the disposal line that is in use for provision of the Services. 3.1.3. The Contractor should provide requisite numbers of personnel, disinfectant and equipment to undertake general duties associated with the disposal of Waste Materials, including record keeping and the thorough cleansing and disinfection (C&D) of all vehicles and 3rd party vehicles used to transport the Waste Material, any equipment and personnel. 3.1.4.
