  • Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.

Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time.   • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.
