Referral Program a) A referral fee of one (1) month credit of Service (to a maximum of $200, inclusive of tax) may be issued to the Business Customer who referred WATERLOO WIRELESS to a new Business Customer who commits to a minimum one (1) year term, subject to terms and conditions.

Referral Program. The Referral program is available to all Clients by default. The Agent receives 1,000 points for each attracted Client. One point is equivalent to EURO 0.02. Referral Program. SynapsePay may from time to time offer a referral program to earn credits for your User Account by referring new customers to SynapsePay (the “Referral Program”). By utilizing the referrals program you agree and acknowledge that: (i) referral credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, sold, or redeemed for any value; (ii) referral credits can only be used to pay for goods and services on SynapsePay’s System; (iii) upon termination of the Referral Program or any portion thereof for any reason, or upon cancellation or suspension of your User Account for any reason, any unused credits will be automatically forfeited; and (iv) referral credits can expire or be terminated at any time at SynapsePay's sole discretion.

Once Referral Partner accepts this Agreement, Ipsum Vision will contact Referral Partner to complete the Referral Program application process and Ipsum Vision assumes no compensation or other obligations under this Agreement until Ipsum Vision provides such confirmation via email., Ipsum Vision will send another email to Referral Partner containing an identification number unique to Referral Partner (“Referral Partner ID”).
