Real Estate Purchase Agreement. A Real Estate Purchase Agreement signed by Buyer with respect to the Frozen Food Facility and Parking Lot substantially in the form attached as Exhibit I;
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. The owners of the Real Estate shall have entered into the Real Estate Purchase Agreement with Buyer or a designee of Buyer, and all of the contingencies and conditions precedent to the obligations of the sellers under such agreement shall have been satisfied or waived.
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. Closing of the transactions contemplated by the Real Estate Purchase Agreement of even date shall occur simultaneously with 37 Closing of the transactions contemplated herein and it is a condition of the Closing hereunder.
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. Seller shall have closed under the Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. Simultaneous with the Closing, Buyer shall have completed its purchase of the Real Property from Lemont Holdings, LLC upon the terms and subject to the conditions of the Real Estate Purchase Agreement as in effect upon the execution and delivery thereof concurrently with this Agreement (the “Real Estate Purchase Agreement”) and without giving effect to any subsequent amendment, modification or waiver thereto.
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. The obligation of Buyer to consummate the transaction contemplated by this Agreement (and the Related Documents) is expressly subject to the simultaneous closing of the transaction contemplated by the Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. The transactions contemplated by the Real Estate Purchase Agreement shall have closed (or will close simultaneous with this Agreement).
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. The conditions precedent to Purchaser's obligations to acquire the DBRHC Real Estate shall have been satisfied or waived, and DBRHC shall simultaneously with Closing perform all of its obligations to convey the DBRHC Real Estate to Purchaser, in accordance with the terms of the Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. The transaction contemplated by the ------------------------------- Real Estate Purchase Agreement shall have been consummated.
Real Estate Purchase Agreement. The Buyer shall perform in a timely manner all of its obligations under the Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
