In the absence of an authorised parts list all materials will be paid at net cost price plus the agreed xxxx up. Copy purchase invoices must be submitted to MML where any individual part is greater than £100 or where otherwise requested by MML to verify claims made by the Supplier. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the maximum allowable xxxx-up will be 10%. All sundry materials and sundry fixings shall be provided by the Supplier without charge and shall be deemed to be within the hourly rate for the operative. Delivery charges will be reimbursed where reasonable and exclusive of any additional xxxx-up.
