Quality Management System Requirements. The Service provider and all Sub-consultants shall comply with the requirements listed in Employer’s standard document, ‘Quality Management System (QMS) 58, for all the Employer Quality requirements. The Service provider shall develop and submit a Project Quality Management System and Plan (PQMP) for this contract. This PQMP shall describe the project quality requirement and shall also describe the requirement for continued compliance to the requirement of ISO 9001 Information in the quality plan The Service provider shall provide all information, material and records required to comply with the Eskom Quality Management System and such further information, material and records as may be requested by the Employer from time to time.
Quality Management System Requirements. 2.1.1 The QMS shall conform to the requirements and principles of the most recent version of the ISO 9001 Standard and shall cover all activities, products and services related to the Project Work. Quality Management System Requirements. The products described in this contract are classified Q2/L3; Q3/L3 and Q4/L3 respectively as described in the line description for each item. See section 2 “Specification and description of the goods “. The Supplier shall establish a quality management system that is compliant to the requirements of ISO9001:2015 as stipulated in DSG-318-087 for all Q2/L3 products. The Supplier shall establish a formal documented quality assurance programme that demonstrate that formal control for process exist i.e. purchasing, receipt inspecting, storage and handling processes as stipulated in DSG-318-087 for all Q3/L3 products. The Supplier shall supply a certificate of conformance “COC” for all Q4/L3 products. The Supplier implements and maintains an effective, documented Quality Management System adhering to ISO 9001:2015 requirements for managing the Scope of this contract as applicable. Any work sub-contracted by the Supplier shall also adhere to DSG-318-087. Full details of all deviations from specifications must be submitted to the Employer in writing for acceptance prior to development, production or delivery of the services. The Supplier informs the Employer in writing of any proposed changes to the quality management system, staff or resources that will affect the execution of the services in order to obtain the Employer’s agreement prior to implementation of these changes.
