Quality Assurance Standards. The DPS Provider and any Sub-contractor or Specialist employed by the Provider to perform any services under any Call-Off Contract(s) resulting from this DPS Agreement shall hold valid ISO9001 certification, or equivalent, for the specific functions for which they are employed or will work to a set of quality standards agreed with the Contracting Authority at the start of the Call Off Contract(s), to be in line with ISO9001 and reviewed by the Contracting Authority. Different levels and/or types of Insurance The Provider shall put in place and maintain in force the following insurances with the following minimum cover per claim. If this default position is not appropriate in relation to the nature and risks of an individual call –off contract, the Provider shall effect and maintain the different types and /or levels of insurance required by a Contracting Authority in respect of a call –off contract. Professional indemnity insurance £1M As this covers design responsibility for design and build projects, the level of cover may be adjusted by a Contracting Authority for individual call-off contracts. The level of cover should be a minimum of twice the contract value of the work plus any exceptional risks and not less than £1m Guarantee Promptly following the execution of this DPS Agreement, the Provider shall, if it has not already delivered an executed deed of guarantee to the Authority, deliver the executed deed of guarantee to the Authority as required by the procurement process followed by the Authority. Failure to comply with this Key Provision shall be an irremediable breach of this DPS Agreement.
Quality Assurance Standards. Cary acknowledges that Apex and Morrisville seek to continue to meet their respective community expectations as they relate to the provision of Communications Services and shall strive to provide Apex and Morrisville with a level of service supporting each agencies’ goal to meet those expectations. Cary shall make any documentation required to meet these goals available to Apex and Morrisville staff upon request. Apex and Morrisville shall make any such requests in a manner that provides Cary with the amount of time to provide the requested data within a time period acceptable to Cary and the requesting Party.
