Qualifiers. (i) Team members shall receive eight (8) hours pay for such Paid Holiday providing they work both the regular scheduled work day immediately preceding and the regular scheduled workday immediately following such Paid Holiday, and on such days team members must work as many hours as they are scheduled to work, less two (2).

Qualifiers. A. The article shall apply to all currently non-tenured Teachers in the Wilmington School District. Current staff members who are non-tenured will not be impacted by the article the year they begin after receiving tenure.
Qualifiers. Prior to being accepted for placement on the Occasional Teachers' List the Occasional Teacher shall select qualifiers as follows:
Qualifiers. 1. If an employee cannot be reached to accept an assignment they automatically forfeit their turn for that rotation. If a trip is cancelled after it is assigned the employee shall be eligible to choose (on a preferred basis) a trip in the following week. However, if the employee has already reported to work for the extra trip and it is then cancelled without prior notice the employee shall be paid a one-hour show-up stipend and shall be eligible to choose (on a preferred basis) a trip in the following week. The driver receiving the one-hour show-up stipend may be required by their supervisor to work the hour doing assignments consistent with their job description.
