Professional Photography Sample Clauses
The Professional Photography clause defines the terms under which professional photography services are provided within an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of work, such as the type of photography, number of images, and delivery timelines, as well as usage rights and any restrictions on how the photos may be used by the client. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and deliverables, helping to prevent disputes over the quality, ownership, or permitted use of the photographs.
