Public Forums. In keeping with the philosophy of intellectual freedom and the responsibility of the Community College District for services to its community, public forums presenting speakers with varying points of view may be offered to the local community as part of the educational program.

Public Forums. I shall only use County IT resources to create, exchange, publish, distribute, or disclose in public forums (e.g., blog postings, bulletin boards, chat rooms, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and other social networking services) any information (e.g., personal information, confidential information, political lobbying, religious promotion, and opinions) in accordance with Department’s policies, standards, and procedures.

You should therefore exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. We may, from time to time, monitor private messages and communication between users using our forum private messaging system, to ensure security and policy adherence
Public Forums. The Site may act as a venue, through its chat rooms, bulletin boards and other forums (collectively, the “Forums”), allowing the public to contribute information and make statements. We are not involved in the actual transmission of information and statements provided for in the Forums. Public Forums. In collaboration with the Client team and local community organizations, PB will host up to two public forums to share the direction of the Triangle region’s freight plan with residents and businesses. For these public forums, PB will help prepare presentations, maps, and information flyers. It is expected that the information flyers will be widely distributed by the Client team in public venues and events as well as logistics-related employment centers to help treat the question of industry-community balance. The Client team is also expected to select and reserve venues for these public forums. PB will prefer to conduct these public forums in facilities where technology will allow us to broadcast live meetings on the web in order to reach more participants. PB will structure these public forums to efficiently gather input, discuss issues and types of solutions, hear public preferences and gauge reactions to ideas. One public forum will be scheduled at the beginning stage when we have some initial findings to share with the public. The second public forum will be scheduled towards the middle of the project to solicit comments and reactions to specific proposals and improvement concepts. PB will utilize public comments to refine freight-related land use and transportation recommendations. When Retrographic LLC adds public forum functionality to Sprocket, the terms of this Section Public Forums will govern it. “Public Forum” is any area, site, or feature offered as part of the Service (including without limitation marketplaces, blogs, photo and video sharing, and personal messaging features) that enables You (a) to upload, submit, post, display, perform, distribute, and/or view User Content, and/or (b) to communicate, share, or exchange User Content with other users or other visitors. You acknowledge that Public Forums, and features contained therein, are for public and not private communications. You further acknowledge that anything You upload, submit, post, transmit, communicate, share, or exchange by means of any Public Forum may be viewed on the Internet by the general public, and therefore, You have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such submission or posting.
