Common use of Public Authority Clause in Contracts

Public Authority. For the purposes hereof, “Public Authority” means, without limitation, any person, agent, employee or contractor exercising activities in departments, institutions, associations, entities or bodies of the direct or indirect public administration, as well as any employee, family member, relative or personal close relationships.

Public Authority. For the purposes hereofof this Clause, “Public Authority” meansshall mean, without limitationbut is not limited to, any person, agent, employee or contractor exercising third party engaged in activities in departments, institutions, associations, entities or bodies agencies of the direct or indirect public administration, as well as any employee, family member, relative or personal close relationshipsnext of kin.
