Psychological Testing. In the event the Employer has reasonable suspicion to believe that an employee is psychologically unfit for duty the Employer shall have the right to require the employee to undergo psychological evaluation subject to the employee’s rights under Illinois law.

Psychological Testing. Psychological testing except as conducted by a licensed psychologist for assistance in treatment planning, including medication management or diagnostic clarification. Also excluded is coverage for scoring of automated computer based reports, unless the scoring is performed by a provider qualified to perform it.
Psychological Testing. The Association and the Board recognize that children having special physical, mental and emotional problems may require specialized classroom experience and that their presence in regular classrooms may interfere with the learning of other students. Employees may be relieved of duty without loss of pay or benefits pending such testing or pending the receipt of the results, for just cause. Test results, interview notes, reports, etc., shall be strictly confidential. Psychologist or other mental health professional shall be informed by the Employer that an employee may be deemed unfit for duty only if the employee's mental status poses a significant and direct present threat to his/her own health and safety, the safety of his/her co- workers, or the safety of the public. The psychologist, or other mental health professional shall notify the Employer of his/her opinion as to the employee's ability to perform the essential functions of his/her job, only after having been advised in writing by the Employer of those essential functions. The psychologist, or other mental health professional shall not disclose any case history, interview responses, test results or diagnoses supporting his/her opinion concerning the employee's ability to perform the essential functions of his/her job without the express written consent of the employee. Only licensed and certified mental health professionals trained and experienced in psychological test techniques and interpretation may conduct the testing. At no time may the mental health professional be advised by the Employer of any disciplinary, personal or other information or allegations against the employee. The purpose of this provision is to ensure the objectivity of the evaluator.

Xxxxxxxx may refer to and utilize a qualified psychometrist to administer and interpret psychological tests as a supplement to her evaluation at your cost or your client’s. Expert Opinion. Please be advised I will render an opinion based upon evidence, science, logic and clinical judgment. Thus, after evaluation of all the facts, it may be that the opinion offered is unfavorable to one or more claims or defenses that you and your client espouse.
Psychological Testing. The administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychometric instruments with the goal of assessment of complex client psychological issues. This is billed based on the number of hours of testing where one unit of service is based on 60 minutes with a maximum of 5 hours. This modality must be face to face and includes a requirement for a written report of test results. Testing instruments should be appropriate to the age and clinical issue under consideration. Testing may only be done by a psychologist. This service may be provided in the clinic or community. Adult Clinic Providers For clinics serving adults, the following groups should be continuously available when there are sufficient numbers of beneficiaries in the program: ⚫ Support/therapy group dealing with the effects of depression; ⚫ Support/therapy group dealing with personality disorders such as Borderline Personality; and ⚫ Support/therapy group dealing with anxiety, OCD, PTSD and other related disorders. Children’s Clinic Providers For clinics serving children, the following groups should be available continuously when there are sufficient numbers of beneficiaries in the program: Support/therapy group for parents of children with serious conduct disorders, attention deficit disorders, etc.; Support/therapy group for teenage girls and boys with relationship issues; a n d ⚫ Support/therapy groups for dual diagnosis youth.
Psychological Testing. If clinically indicated and with the explicit permission of the party(s) who has(have) retained the services of the Company, Xx. Xxxx and/or the other forensic psychiatrists working on behalf of the Company may refer to and utilize a qualified clinical psychologist to administer and interpret psychological tests as a supplement to his or her Independent Medical Evaluation. Fees for such consultation will be detailed separately within the monthly invoices prepared by the Company for the client.
